Refund policy

Returns are possible within 60 days. The following information is required to process your request for an exchange/refund:


  1. The products must be in original condition with the original labels and tags.
  2. The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
  3. The items to be returned must show no signs of use.
  4. Order number
  5. Photo or video material showing the defect clearly (only if your product was received damaged).

Please note. If the returned items do not meet these conditions, unfortunately we cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


Always make sure your package has a Track & Trace code. Without proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be refunded. Sending your return by post without a Track & Trace code is at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by e-mail that the return has been received. We will refund the purchase price to your account within 5 working days of processing your return.


Unfortunately, products that meet one or more of the following conditions cannot be returned:
a. For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
b. Those manufactured by the trader according to the consumer's specifications (customisation).
c. Which are clearly personal in nature.
d. Which cannot be returned due to their nature.
e. Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights, wigs, beauty products, care products and health products are not covered by the right of return. The reason for this is hygiene. Therefore, these products cannot be returned and will not be processed.
f. Products must be returned within 30 days of arrival.

WHY CAN'T SOME OF YOUR BEAUTY AND HEALTH PRODUCTS BE RETURNED AFTER OPENING?

Some of our beauty and health products are considered hygiene products. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and, for the safety of all customers, do not allow the return of opened items. We are not alone in this decision - other suppliers of beauty and health products also do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

1+1 Free?

If there is a 1+1 Free offer on the product and you would like to return it. Then you must send both the items. So don't keep one and keep the other item.



Cancellation of orders

Our orders are stopped directly in the processing, cancellation is therefore unfortunately not possible.

Return costs

All customers are responsible for the cost of their returns. We recommend sending your return with a Track & Trace, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.

Try to be as complete as possible in the mail, some important points:
1. Why you want to exchange or return the parcel.
2. Any photos for clarification.

Step 2: Send your order (after contacting customer service)

Send the items along with the completed return form to the department store address in the form. Make sure you provide the parcel with a track & trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the cost of the return and we do not want any misunderstandings. Please email the track & trace code to

support@felina-trends.com so that your order can be tracked by us at all times.

Step 3: Once the return is received by us we will refund the purchase price.

Return costs:

At UPS / FedEx a minimum of $29.30 to send your parcel with Track & Trace to China and at least $11 without Track & Trace. At DHL you pay at least $24 to send mail to China
